Temperament Counseling

Have you ever wondered why you cringe at the thought of entering a crowded room? Why your brain doesn't seem to shut off at night and leaves your exhausted body tossing and turning? Are your procrastination and perfectionistic tendencies inhibiting your career advancement? Do you experience anxiety when your schedule is disrupted and plans change?

God made us all unique. He created us from the womb with various temperaments. Discovering your God-given nature is freeing and enlightening. Knowing our temperament allows us to live in a way that operates within our design. When we operate outside of our innate being, we are met with feelings of stress, anxiety, fear, and loss of control. Understanding who we are begins the process of determining areas of strength and weakness.

Begin the journey of self discovery. Learn to recognize your needs and how to meet those needs in a healthy way that honors God. This will in turn bring internal healing and external grace, compassion, and love to others. This is a wonderful counseling tool for your marriage, family, and relationships. It will teach you how to meet the needs of your spouse and children and understand and celebrate their unique qualities.
