Anxiety and depression are commonly preceded by difficult and painful life events. No one is spared the pain of loss. Life transitions and hormonal changes, including childbirth and menopause, can create a perfect hormonal storm and turn your world upside down.

Change begins by naming and identifying the source of the pain. Deep wounds and hurts are often carried with us for years, even decades, before they begin to manifest outwardly in our lives. Through various life circumstances, we may experience relapse into the painful unhealed trauma from our past.
